We need more options for showing a single instance for recurring listings

Right now the only way to exclude recurrences is in GD listings.

We need a set of options for each post type so users can exclude recurrences except the first upcoming recurrence in

Search Archive (PER CPT PLEASE)
CPT Archive
Category Archives
Tag Archives
GD Linked Posts
GD Listings with linked posts
