Para facilitar la atención de los casos, se debería geolocalizar a nivel de parroquia. Expertos en este tipo de proyectos nos recomiendan usar P-codes.

The developer we use for NepalMonitor.org and used for Quakemap.org - Bob from Himalayan Techies - is creating a fork for this. He's been working locally on it up till now - Will post here when it's ready. We work in English here in Nepal, so please provide translations for us on this issue when possible.

Bob has created a fork of Ushahidi which use the code Himalayan Techies have modified from the live version of quakemap to add p-code functionality:

Keep in mind Ecuador uses "DPA" codes instead of P-codes. They seem to obey the same principles of P-codes, however.
