Bu məsələ üçün mvc istifadə etmək məqsədə uyğun deyil, bunun əvəzinə http listen edən console app və ya service yazmaq daha yaxşı olardı
Try-catch bloku düzgün istifadə olunmayıb, catch-in içərisinə yenidən exception çıxacaq kod yazmaq olmaz.
File-lların ftp-ə upload olunma intervalını dəyişə bilmədim (harada təyin olunur?)
dəyişiklik olacaq bölmələr config-də saxlanılmalıdır ki, kim istəsə bunu dəyişə bilsin (interval, ftp server credentials və s)
