Favourites are not persisted any more

Describe the bug
Since the latest update, favourites are no longer persisted across sessions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Pools' and select any pool
2. Click on 'Pin to favorites'
3. See that the text in the upper right corner changes from "No favorite items pinned" to "1 favorite items pinned"
4. Restart the program
5. See that the text in the upper right corner has changed back to "No favorite items pinned"

Expected behavior
As in previous versions, should be able to reuse the same favourites in subsequent runs of the program.

Thanks for reporting, I have been able to repro, will look into it.

Got a fix in a PR. Will be available in 0.19 which should hopefully come soon. In the meantime you can use the insider build(~30min after the PR is completed it should be available)
