Reason for Change:
This PR moves all the various conditional
StorageClassdefinitions into theazure-cloud-provideraddon. This way, we don't pollute the api model with unnecessarily granular addons, and we make the yaml file management, and the conditions on which to scoop them up at template generation time, a bit easier.Issue Fixed:
