JumpBox Deployment failed in AVS Nested Lab deployment.

Hi,
I'm facing issue during AVS Privatecloud deployment with Nestedlabs through script. I could see jumpbox deployment failed with below details.
Operation name :Create Deployment
Error code : ResourceDeploymentFailure
Message : The resource write operation failed to complete successfully, because it reached terminal provisioning state 'Failed'.

Issue addressed by clarifying prerequisites in the documentation. Fixed in commit 855ae34
