Change Request: Standardize how to deploy the most simple version of a resource on each package's main README #1248

In the pre-requisite section of the main readmes of our packages, we could standardize how to deploy the most simple version of the resource that the package supports. This could be done through:

  • Using the Azure CLI.
  • Using a Deploy Button.
  • Using one of the PowerShell tools already available in the packages.
