The error message in vscode: A resource's scope must match the scope of the Bicep file for it to be deployable. You must use modules to deploy resources to a different scope.bicep(BCP139) |

Hi bicep community,
We are creating a module for AKS that will contain a number of submodules. We want to give the 'network contributor' role assignment for a specific vnet used by AKS. The vnet however is inside a separate resource group. It looks as if we cannot create a submodule referencing another scope? Is there a way to fix this?
