Recipes work, but missing from NEI

Unabridged or Abridged version:
3.19.3

Some recipes are not showing in NEI, are there more missing? Let me know here.

Errk, my bad for not thinking to add this to the regular recipes section. But yea the Ender IO "Enchanter" has recipes for many enchants. Though, I'm assuming this was fixed with the disabling of NEI culling?

Not unless the NEI culling was hiding enchant books.

Which ones are missing? Here is a list of them all:

If they aren't showing, the recipes might be broken entirely which would be a different issue.
