New annotations are currently named using the backing markup name template; however when Cell Locator is re-launched the counter resets, and causes subsequent annotations to have the same name "Point", rather than for example "Point_2".
Similarly, adding and removing an annotation still increments the internal counter; this isn't necessarily a problem but is still unintuitive.
Ideally, new annotation names would always be unique starting from "Point_1", even when loading an existing scene from LIMS.
