For mods with MUT options, if you import a new version of the mod, it might be nice if OpenBLCMM would attempt to make the same MUT selections that you already have in the patch file, rather than defaulting to what's in the mod-to-be-imported.
Probably what makes the most sense here would be a "strict" name check -- it would only do this if the in-mod paths match exactly with the new paths.
