SPLASH data analyses in Chira, but without RRIs

Tasks:

• check why in Chira history parameters
• rerun the data analysis with just one dataset to see if we can get RRIs
  If we get RRIs:
• rerun the whole analysis
• extract data from Chira history
• summarize SPLASH within the overleave
• get trainings data

After checking with Pavan the history in the Paper was not run using the hybridization option. However, we still took this data to generate trusted RRIs in the end. This was successful.
We now have training data for the hES cell SPLASH data. The Lypo. had only 81 trusted RRIs. Therefore I did not further concentrate on the other datasets since hES also only has ~600 trusted RRIs
