Bug title
Online status does not change after internet is disconnected.

Bug description
When Internet is disconnected, the wallet cannot be Online

To Reproduce

  1. Verify your PC has Internet connection
  2. Verify that wallet Has Node connection and state is Online
  3. Disconnect internet

Current behaviour
Wallet state still Online

Expected behaviour
When Internet is disconnected, the wallet cannot be Online

Platform and build
Wallet 1.1.4201 MAC/Windows
