Part of #1793

As part of our Getting Started Documentation, we want to highlight the similarities/differences between Arkouda and NumPy/Pandas. Doing so should include background information, examples, and guided tutorials. The guided tutorials will be limited, but will walk through some simple operations to help a new developer understand how to interact with Arkouda Objects.
