The use of both confidence and callType arguments in loadTopAnatData() is a bit discordant with the use of a single callType argument in format_data().

These do not reflect exactly the same things, so it is not striking to me that the use of these arguments differ between the 2 functions, but I agree that this could be confusing to the user.

Is there a way to harmonize things? Or render things clearer?
