In addition to a "Build" GitHub workflow, tests help prevent an API from quietly breaking.

Very important question: how do I test for cosmetic differences to what's expected i.e. outlines/borders not rendering?

https://github.com/BinToss/GroupBox.Avalonia/blob/main/.github/workflows/_unit_test.yml will pick up and run any new tests. Whether it runs properly or not is to be determined.
