websocket-client dependency for Python websocket API outdated #541

The websocket-client dependency is for version 0.53.0. This version is 5 years old, the latest version of the package is 1.6.1.

Please update the dependency to the latest release for many bug fixes, which may resolve some open issues and provide performance improvements.

One issue may have been directly due to using this old version
websocket-client/websocket-client#937
