New wand GWND?0, FX01?0, BORD* by BethOfDeath, and recolored PUFF2?0 #22

  1. New wand GWND?0 by BethOfDeath.

    Replace placeholders for FX01.
    
    Recolor PUFF2 to better match new wand.
    
    Updated wadinfo with new offsets for both the new wand, its projectiles, and many existing things.

  1. Replaced SPINBK* placeholders with new graphics.

    Recolored ARTIPWBK and PWBKA0 to better match new SPINBK.
    
    Spent far too long fighting Heretic+ to get new SPINBK* graphics to work without causing a "Bad V_DrawPatch" crash -- answer was
    to ensure the offsets matched those of Heretic's original. Not sure why placeholders worked, unless it had to do with how small
    they were that they fit inside the expected screen location?
    
    These files are now optimized PNG.

  2. Cropped the torch sprites of unneeded blank space... because RAM cons…

    …umption is such an obstacle nowdays. :P
    
    Adjusted offsets of torch sprites to compensate.
    
    Went through and centered the artifact inventory sprites.
