Enhancement describation

It would be a good idea to add a "main extension" mode for "global" extensions that require console I/O

Upd: instead of the usual I/O capture, a system of commands will be created, and DESrv logger will just write to outputs
Upd2: access to command input will be done using plugins, including DESrv.InternalPlugin (DESrvInternal) through dip executable
