When there are many courses, it is hard to find the aim folder. Besides, someone may take one courses more than once.

In the form like

- Fall 2022
  - Course 1
  - Course 2
- Spring 2022
  - Course 1
  - Course 2

Add a config to enable or disable term folder.

Use https://jicanvas.com/api/v1/courses?include[]=term to get the term.
