npm install and bower install client and server directories.

Development Environment

1. Run grunt serve in client root.
2. Run npm test in server root.
3. Navigate to localhost:<Port Output from server>

Production Environment

1. Run grunt --force in client root.
2. Run npm start in server root.
3. Navigate to localhost:<Port Output from server>
