I have the same issue as written in Troubleshooting.
Is there anyone who had the issue but get solved? I want you to help me so much.

environment
Windows 11 with ubuntu x 64 in VirtualBox.

Restart bluetooth. I saw this issue in a previous post.

sudo systemctl restart bluetooth.service
