Does it get the same error on desktop?

If so, could you post the dev console and show the error? You can open the dev console with:

Ctrl + Shift + J on windows
Ctrl + Option + J on Mac

Same thing here.

I happen to try a publicly published app using an old iPad mini with iOS 12.5...
Same page loaded.

  • Didn't matter if it was using Safari or Chrome browser

Tried updating to the latest budibase version 1.0.184
No changes either.
Could be an iOS version problem.

Tried my own same page/app on iPhone device.

  • iOS 15.4 does not have this problem

Just experienced the same issue in Chrome. I think I got into this state by doing the following:

  • Delete an app that was published (not sure why I was able to do this without unpublishing the app first)
  • Create an app with the same name
  • Publish the app and open it

Unpublishing and deleting the app followed by creating the same app with the same name resolved this issue for me.

So probably another issue but with the same result. ;-)

Hey @geertvanheusden

Thanks for sharing! If you come across that again, could you create a new bug with those reproduction steps please?

I'm going to close this one off, as there's not much that can be easily done for full support on iOS13 & 12.

I just got this feedback from some of your clients as well.
Is there any better fix know except from rebuilding the whole app as @geertvanheusden did?
