One DB schema for ripbin app & marketing. Allows us to easily integrate payments, etc. into app views

Set up real & test DB

replicate real db to test master->master2 replication where test db is master2 and prod is master

updating prod db is as easy as standing up a new prod db as a slave to deployed prod (replicated) & switching EB over to use it.

then take down the original prod db.

test db doesn't matter, just take it down update it, whatever
