  • Polarization imaging that computes on the fly polarized intensity and polarization fraction from an I,Q,U,V cube.

  • Allow plotting of polarization angle vectors, which length is scaled by polarized intensity. Or if you want to generalize this, allow plotting of vectors that can be scaled by an arbitrary input image map.

Essentially, it would be great if CARTA could replicate the functionality of the AIPS task PCNTR (http://www.aips.nrao.edu/cgi-bin/ZXHLP2.PL?PCNTR).
