Error Message unclear for missing voms certificate in the vomsdir (#53855)

When a voms certificate of the voms emitting user's certificate is missing on wms, user submission is rejected with following error:

31 Jul, 10:43:39 -W- PID: 12089 - "WMPAuthorizer::checkGaclUserAuthZ": Unknown voms fqan: GRST_CRED_2 environment variable not set

which is not clear for administrators...

very likely this problem affects production wms too.

This messages seems to appear in case of any problem checking
VOMS AC (seen in production, e.g. https://gus.fzk.de/ws/ticket_info.p...).

Useful error diagnostics should come from mod_gridsite,
I suggest to submit another bug against gridsite (security category).
