@anru123 I see you have began the work over at https://github.com/anru123/graduates but I suggest you put CONTRIBUTING.md in a branch, so that the PR matches the feature/name to develop expectation, which presumably will be in the contributing guide.

Also, is there a way for us to collaborate on your fork to work together on the contribution guideline?
