fixing mysql ignores DB_PORT envvar at connection #205

when trying to connect MySQL will always use the default port regardless of what DB_PORT envvar is set, this fixes it to try to connect to the envvar port set rather then 3306.

Whoops, good catch. I think we are missing this for PGSQL also.
