Ability to generate orphan tokens missing from token generator

When generating tokens, it would be nice, if I have a sudo token, to have the Orphan checkbox show up where the other options such as Wrapped, Renewable etc show up.

For myself at least, this is 90% of the use-case for having the interface readily available and handy for me since we use sudo LDAP issued tokens for our users internally.

This is actually already implemented, but it seems like I made it a root privilege because I lacked a proper way to check whether the token had sudo. I'll revisit this issue. At minimum it should be available, although I can't guarantee I can conditionally show it based on sudo privilege
