Transient AWS build failures #85

Occasionally we get a build failure / timeout waiting on AWS ami to populate the region. This is due to an upstream bug in packer.

Tracking the following issues related to this -

hashicorp/packer#1764
mitchellh/goamz#180
hashicorp/packer#2051

Closing as we no longer use packer (building at least) for CI builds.
