Context

The URL of the OAuth documentation is incorrectly rendered in the HTML template.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://team.carto.com/u/{USER}/dashboard/oauth_apps/edit/{ID}
Click the integration developer documentation link

Current Result

The link does not work.

Expected result

The link should redirect to https://carto.com/developers/fundamentals/oauth-apps/#oauth-flow.
