Expected behaviour

Casparcg playback speed should be mormal after the system resumes from sleep

Current behaviour

the server playback very fast after waking up the PC

Steps to reproduce

Play any media file
Let the system to sleep
.. Wake the system

Environment

Commit: latest
Server version: 2.3.3
Operating system: Windows 1 home
