GUI for the wholesale uningest of tabular files #2533

Currently GUI for uningest looks like this:

It would be nice if we could uningest mutliple files at onece. Thus we should:

remove the last column
add the first column with checkboxes and "select all" checkbox in the title row
"Uningest" button on the left side of the "Cancel" button.
