Bug fixes in:

  • The nasty 'object index' bug in MeasureObjectIntensity/MeasureColocalization and a few more

  • The Circular Average Filter in Smooth

  • Writing in ExportToSpreadsheet when some objects have been filtered

  • The Median filter in CorrectIlluminationCalculate

  • Hitting 'Cancel' after a bug now actually cancels the run

  • You can now pick-and-choose which measurements to run in MeasureColocalization
