  1. Check you version of ClassifAI, make sure it's the latest version : . If not, download it from here

  1. Run ClassifAI, open the file missing project.

  2. Go back to the ClassifAI console, click the right most button for log.

  1. In the log file, scroll to the bottom. You will see the message of file path missing.

  1. Move the following image back to the stated path. And it will be retrieved!

NOTE : if you were using v1.1 or below, there is a possibility that this might not work. Contact our support team if it the solution above does not work.
