  • Shows progress bar while running LinearDesign.
  • VaxPress now can run without iCodon.
  • Command line argument --offsprings is renamed to --population.
  • Adds new feature that periodically scan all possible single mutations for all unpaired bases. Use --full-scan-interval to change the behavior.
