Just installed all of the required npm modules and a lot of them are outdated

Should these be updated? Is opengrid going to update the requirements with newer module versions?

@velocirabbit - right now, the out-of-date dependencies are for the unit testing processes. We'll look to update them in an upcoming release, but aren't too concerned right now on it's impact.

@rladines - I'm going to add this badge on the readme for the dev npm modules so we can have a quicker read when they start going out-of-date.
