In CentOS 7.3.1611 on OpenVZ with PHP70w from webtatic repo and MySQL 5.6, ChurchCRM v2.7.5 Backup works perfectly. Debian 8 with PHP 7.0 still has issues.

@apmuthu please open a new issue just for the Debian issue with backup, this is about creating a new tab in the settings.
