CSS Width flaws in admin notices

Describe the bug
The text in the admin notices is cut short to a max-width which doesn't look like other notices.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install CC
2. Activate it.
3. Check the initial notices after install. (Screenshots tell the story better.)

Expected behavior
This is the expected look.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Classic Commerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default ClassicPress theme active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
