[Bug] ClearURLs breaks the jump from www.bilibili.com to message.bilibili.com #218

When ClearURLs is not used, the link looks like this: https://message.bilibili.com/?spm_id_from=333.1007.0.0#/system , then the site can open normally.

After using ClearURLs, the result looks like this: https://message.bilibili.com/#/%2Fsystem= , then the site can not open.

Then I saw this URL in the log: https://message.bilibili.com/?spm_id_from=333.1007.0.0#%2Fsystem=
