We recently merged #42835, which provides much more correct and performant 3D shadowcasting, but I have stumbled across a minor rendering bug a few times.

I also have a save that both does and does not reproduce the issue in different ways for analysis.

Visibility artifacts may appear on above head levels, when the character stands diagonally adjacent to an opaque tile.
