Describe the bug
If a container is inside another container, the game will ignore the second container's pocket priority settings. That is, the game only checks the priorities of containers the character is actually wearing in order to determine where an item goes.
Steps To Reproduce
Expected behavior
Intuitively, I expected the cash card to end up in the wallet due to priority settings.
