Describe the bug

When a follower npc gets hurt and breaks a limb you can set it and let it heal. At some point after the % heal goes up (maybe when it reaches 100?) it goes back to zero and just stays there with the broken symbols and doesn't heal. It say "It is broken but has been set and just needs time to heal"

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Have an npc follower get hurt and break a limb.
  2. Set the limb for the npc.
  3. Let the limb heal.
  4. The limb will revert back to 0% healed and stay there.

Expected behavior

The broken limb will fully heal and be useable again.

I tried using the splint again and bandaging and disinfecting but nothing changes.

You have to take the splints off after getting the message that it sets.

I loaded your save and recorded taking the splints off. The NPC's limbs are now at 4/100. https://i.imgur.com/gcyhX4d.mp4

It's not clear from what you're supposed to do after the limbs are set. Adding a message like "take the splint off" after the "It is broken, but has been set..." string would help resolve the confusion.

Thank you for showing that, it's a bit convoluted and I had never seen it mentioned anywhere.

Trading splits back to remove them is super unintuitive. Probably it would be better to add some indication of healed limb and action to remove the splint directly from NPC health window
