Weird "nothing to read" prompt at random times

Describe the bug

Mostly when doing over time activities like reading or sleeping, but i think it happened doing movement too, i got random prompts of "nothing ro read".
It could be a bad interaction between my mods, and i will register here other new findings when i get the prompt.
Nonetheless i leave the report here cause it's definitely some kind of bug.

Steps to reproduce

Not sure, happened a few times during reading (and i finished reading after dismissing the prompt) and also during sleeping.

Expected behavior

Prompt appearing when i activate the reading action with no readable items nearby only.

I got the prompt when activating a smartphone with 1 charge to play music.

It's happening a lot lately since i updated to last version.
While sleeping (pic related).

Can you reproduce this in a new, clean world? If so, try another new world but with less mods after that.

I think i found the culprit, is not what i thought at first but still a bug.
I was making smartphones drain to 0 charges so they neatly stack in my pile of things to disassemble, and when they have a really small charge it won't let you drain them as flashlight so i was activating them as music player and dropping them so the game let me use other smartphone as mp3 player.
Thing is, when it run out of charges even being away at a no-reallistic-headphone-distance still prompts the "nothing to read", even when doing activities like sleeping.
The prompt activating more recently and while doing auto-time actions was just coincidence.

I was notified by codetriage about this issue. Does anyone have a solid way to reproduce this issue? Smartphones have always been a bit odd since they can do so much at once.

Get a few smartphones with low charges, use one to "listen mp3" and drop it to the floor, do the same for the others and then do something that auto-passes time like crafting, reading, or sleeping.
