Describe the bug

Jay mission to find the debug software fails to assign target coordinates in world with max city spacing

Attach save file

At step 3 - just before showing the gun Wide.zip

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create world with city spacing = 8
  2. Spawn/find isolated_road special - blacksmith/gunsmith couple
  3. Complete first Cody mission - Find the gun
  4. Agree to help Jay
  5. Press continue at [find_or_create_om_terrain] Unable to find and assign mission target house_garage and [update_map] Mapgen update function called with overmap::invalid_tripoint errors
  6. You'll get mission in your mission log with no target coordinates

Expected behavior

Accepting mission shouldn't throw errors
Mission should successfully generate required terrain

Or should I remake it as a feature request that the search distance should be proportional to world properties?
