Minor error in description of light sensitive mutation

Describe the bug

The description of the light sensitive mutation specifies that it's negative effect occurs when the weather is "sunny", however unsurprisingly you do get -1 to all stats when the weather is "clear".

Steps to reproduce

Use experiment start / any other scenario that allows for basic mutations
Wait until weather is clear
Be under the open sky

Expected behavior

I assume as to make the mutation genuinely negative it ought to apply the debuff when the weather is clear, but it annoys me slightly that it's not specified int he mutation description
