Weight not fully updating when dropping items with charges

Describe the bug

When dropping individual rocks from a pile in your inventory, the main inventory window and the "G" grab window will not update with the new weight.

Steps to reproduce

Debug or grab a bunch of rocks in a single pocket
Drop some but not all rocks from a stack
The inventory screen still shows the weight as if those rocks were still there, while the drop menu still shows the correct weight.

Expected behavior

Weight should remain consistent between menus.

Additional context

I was trying to replicate the bug mentioned here: https://old.reddit.com/r/cataclysmdda/comments/1bonixx/new_players_come_here_weekly_questions_and/kx07940/

There is some other inconsistencies, namely the weight shown on the pickup screen is dramatically incorrect when there is a weight reduction being applied.
