Describe the bug

The message for what I presume is weakening poison keeps getting sent in the log every 2-3 minutes as long as the effect is active. According to @Venera3 that's not intended.

Attach save file

I was told it's not necessary.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get stung by wasp
  2. ???
  3. Profit Watch the log as long as the effect is active

Expected behavior

Supposedly this message is supposed to sent once when the effect is applied

The save is not attached as the effect has since worn off on my character, but messages kept being regularly sent every 2 to 3 minutes as long as the effect was active

This is the apply_message, and should show up on the first applocation. The time differences look to be about the interval of intensity steps (144 turns), so it seems to trigger it on any new application at a different intensity.

I'm not in a position to repro it today, but I'll look into it.
