Describe the bug

the problem occurs when the map is explored, when taking on a quest where a special location should be generated, the locations are generated incorrectly, for example, HUB01 "contract: ligth retrieval". in general, the location itself is in perfect order, the problem is the access roads that are on the map, but in fact they are cut off by forest or not built if it was a wasteland

Getting strange roads as well, on Cataclysm DDA version cdda-experimental-2024-06-11-0319 99ed329
But they are not particularly connected to any special location. Got rotated roads in a simple forest

The fact is that initially there was a forest in this location, but then a special location appeared on it
For some reason, the road supply was not generated correctly
the map says that there should be a road there
this problem is not only with the forest, the same thing happens with vacant lots, according to my observations it depends on whether the character scouted these squares or not
