bug in create survey through survey template and poll through poll template

Describe the bug
I tried to create survey and polls through template it is not working properly. It was working for some templates and also not working for others templates.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to kiboengage
2. Click on click on create survey through template
3. create survey through template eg click on 40 title edit template
4. click on send
5. and click on save
6. It show error while saving survey and display send survey only.
   Expected behavior
   It should create survey for send also save survey.
